Where does our data live?
In the environment you choose. Private cloud means a dedicated instance we operate for you. On-premises means your own infrastructure. Conversations, files, and model traffic stay there — they are not mixed into a public consumer product.
Can we use our own models?
Yes. Agently is model-agnostic. Connect Azure, AWS, OpenAI, or models you host yourself. The workspace stays yours even if the model mix changes.
How is this different from public ChatGPT?

How long does a rollout take?
